Bichons and Buddies wants to adopt Bichons, Bichon mixes and their canine buddies to a person or family that is/are willing to provide loving forever homes in which the dog’s health and well-being are taken care of responsibly.

We believe that adopting a dog is a commitment to the lifetime of your companion animal. We appreciate your willingness to complete this form so that we can learn more about you, your family and home environment. Because we take pet guardianship very seriously, we will carefully check your references. As a result, we hope that we will be able to place one of our dogs with you. Not every person who applies and desires to adopt a particular dog, however, will be a good fit.

To ensure a good match between you and a pooch, we do a trial adoption period. This means you can take a dog home and see how they fit into your life. Usually the period is a week. If you decide they're a keeper, then we complete the adoption process and transfer all the paperwork to you. If it's not a good fit we just take them back. The adoption fee is $475 for young and adult dogs and $350 for seniors This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, grooming and other expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs. All our dogs are spayed/neutered, have all their shots, are microchipped, and are freshly groomed. They come with a leash, collar and harness and once the adoption is finalized, we transfer all the paperwork to you including the microchip registration information.
