Cairo is a darling little poodle/shih tzu mix who's only about 1 year old and weighs approximately 9 pounds.  He was a stray that was brought in to a high kill shelter.  Cairo has such a sparkling personality that even sitting on death row couldn't dampen his spirits.  He's especially exuberant now that he's been sprung.  Cairo loves everyone he meets and is super affectionate and playful.  He's got puppy energy and would be a great family dog.  He loves to play with other dogs and is very self-entertaining with his stuffed toys.  This joyful cutie will warm your heart and make you smile.
