I'd love to be your buddy!

Hanah is a soft-coated Wheaten Terrier who is a diamond in the rough.  This sweet girl is from a backyard breeder/hoarder who fortunately was freed when animal regulation went in and confiscated her and all the others.  Hanah is about 3 years old and weighs approximately 50 pounds.  She had never been properly socialized nor had ever walked on a leash.  It's been a long road but thanks to all the TLC and patience of our wonderful foster home Hanah is now walking on a leash and jumping up on the couch for belly rubs.  She's still very shy of strangers and will need continued confidence building and patience from her forever home, but her loving gentle personality continues to blossom.  She was such a matted mess when she came into the shelter that they shaved her down and did a horrible butcher job that we couldn't do much with but fortunately, hair grows.  Please look past how she looks now and look at the sample picture of what she will look like in the future.  Hanah is gentle and quiet and loves other dogs.  She's good with kids and is housebroken.  If you're interested in meeting this special girl, please fill out the adoption application on our website bichonsandbuddies.com
