Barney is a handsome Poodle Bichon mix who's about 3 years old and weighs 28 pounds!

He's actually more of a mini standard/doodle.  He's an affectionate happy dog who's friendly with people he meets.  He loves his walks but needs some leash training (or maybe just to burn off the energy he has) because he pulls on the leash and he's super strong.  Barney needs to be in a house only as his bark is super loud and when he wants attention or something he can be very vocal.  He would be best in an adult only home or with older kids.  It doesn't mean he doesn't like little kids but does have a tendency to grab food (another thing that can be easily trained out of) so best not to live in a house with little kids.  Barney is fine with most dogs but is alpha and can be too dominant with some.  He would be best as the only dog.

Barney has a lot of personality and would be a great dog for an active couple who's willing to put in a little training to help Barney transition into a good canine citizen.
