Mickey is a whimsical-looking terrier who's about 4 years old and weighs 11 pounds.  He was an owner surrender because he had an ear infection.  They obviously did not take care of him and he also has a matted coat.  Despite all that Mickey is a happy fun-loving guy who gets along well with other dogs and is good on a leash and on car rides.  He has a nice confident personality so not a velcro dog and he's not a barker.  Mickey would do best with an adult home or older kids.
