Bandit is an adorable Poodle mix who's about 5 years old and weighs 15 pounds.  He's super sweet and affectionate and has the energy of a much younger dog.  Poor Bandit was adopted from the Lancaster shelter in 2017 and dumped back there by the owner on June 20.  There was no reason given but it was obvious by the condition of his coat that they couldn't properly take care of him.  One thing that the owner told the intake person was that they had kids and he was good with them.  Bandit gets along well with other dogs and is friendly with strangers.  He'll make a wonderful family dog.
