I'd love to be your buddy!

Martin is a mellow, sweet Shih-Tzu Poodle mix who's about 4 years old and weighs 12 pounds.  This poor guy came into the shelter as a stray and was unfortunately beat up by another dog in his kennel.  He ended up having to have part of his tail amputated :(  Despite his ordeal he's a happy, affectionate guy who loves to cuddle.  Martin bonds very strongly with his immediate family/person and gets protective when strangers come around.  He needs a home without a lot of visitors and someone who wants a strongly devoted companion.  Martin is great with other dogs.
